Abstract:
Gravitational waves has been detected for the first time at Sep. 14, 2015, by the Laser Interference Gravitational waves Observatory (LIGO), exactly 100 years after Einstein's first prediction of its existence. In this talk, introductions on the first detection and the LIGO related technologies will be given.
