Photolysis Dynamics Laser Chemistry Lab

We are interesting to see the effect of different type of phospholipids liposome on dynamics and packing condition by using single molecule fluorescence correlation microscopy. We use DiD dye as a probe, which we incorporate in liposome during the synthesis and to control the size of liposome, we use different size of silica beads. Furthermore, to attain the real biological condition we are interesting to incorporate protein molecule in our liposome vesicle sample.
