The atomic ionization processes by scattering with neutrinos provide a unique probe in searching of neutrino electromagnetic properties. Accurate ab initio calculations are warranted for to give reliable results of experimental comparisons. To compare with the spectrum of germanium from the Kuo-Shen Nuclear Power Station and experiments with sub-KeV sensitivities, we apply the multiconfiguration relativistic random-phase approximation theory to investigate neutrion ionization of germanium addressed the fundamental results associated with neutrino magnetic into account neutrino properties like millicharge and charge radius. New upper bounds of several parameters at 90% confidence level are suggested. Further extension of the MCRRPA to probe the dark matter (DM) properties is under development using a pro-typical effective field model suggested by our recent investigations of DM scatterings with hydrogen atoms.
